LEGACY PEAK is an adventure movie. FAST & FURIOUS actor Lucas Black plays Jason, who wants to bond with his girlfriend’s two children before he proposes on Christmas Eve. And God said, “I love Him because of who He is, not because of what He’s done.” Yes, we are loved by him not because we did something good, but because we are God’s children, that means a lot to us, thank you God for you great love and mercy.

因為網上用的影片中文名和英文一點都不搭邊，留世酒庄（這個翻譯也是醉了），所以我們起了這個名字“傳承巔峰”，因為影片中一把摺疊刀是牧師留給Jason的，Jason後來給了Ben, 這把刀上刻了Beloved, 記載在馬太福音3:17，“從天上有聲音說：這是我的愛子，我所喜悅的。”導演希望通過這部影片讓我們明白並把福音的真諦耶穌基督（道路、真理、生命）傳給世界上每個人，讓世世代代可以得著這永恆的生命，這也是我們人生的最高峰，認識耶穌基督就是救贖主，只有通過耶穌基督我們才能到天父那裡去，這，就是導演想要透過影片告訴我們的。

From the beginning of time, The Author (Bruce Marchiano), has written a prodigal son story for an estranged son The Star (Simon Jon Provan), who returns to his childhood town to rekindle his relationship with his ailing father The Keeper (David Ruprecht).
August Star “Augie” (Simon Jon Provan) fittingly is living out his dream as a theatrical “star,” playing the lead role in a stage production. When his manager, Rhonda (Dale Waddington), pressures him to leave the show to pursue screen acting, Augie realizes he needs to take a break.
After learning about an opportunity to deliver a specialty car to Las Vegas, Augie jumps at the chance to take a road trip. He used to be the lighthouse keeper but suffers from memory loss and now lives at the local assisted living center.
The crux of this film is Augie’s and Keeper’s strained relationship due to Augie’s absence and Keeper’s lapse of memory. As Augie fights to make up for lost time with his dad, he discovers a family secret that changes his outlook. The Author, The Star & The Keeper chronicles Augie’s experience of renewing his relationship with both his father and the Heavenly Father. Various characters are interwoven throughout this movie that both help and hinder Augie’s journey along the way. With his sister suffering from terminal cancer, a young boy takes it upon himself to get God’s attention by answering the prayers of members of his church in hopes that God will heal his sister.
The Prayer Box is a beautifully tragic story about what happens when God doesn’t intervene the way people want him to. Following the story of a young boy who sets off on a mission to get God’s attention in hopes that God will heal his sister from terminal cancer, the young boy begins answering the prayers left by church members in the pastor’s prayer box after the pastor throws them away, jaded by his own suffering. It tackles the heavy issues of unanswered prayer and if God even hears/answers prayer with a message that is heartbreaking in its raw portrayal of human pain and suffering in this world. Not a conventional inspirational faith film, this film is undeniably powerful in the fact that it challenges preconceived notions of whitewashed happy-go-lucky faith. This film does not hide the fact that life is full of pain, suffering, loss, and betrayal, yet it somehow manages to take these themes and find God in the midst of it all. There is a childlike innocence and naivety to the young boy who finds a confidant in an elderly man who takes him under wing, providing both mentorship and comic relief amid the pain the young boy faces with his dying sister and his mother who has distanced herself from the rest of the world. The most interesting character, however, is that of the Pastor who shocks the audience with his dumping of the prayer requests into the trashcan. Initially painted as a hypocritical and unfeeling spiritual leader to a group of blind followers, his character evolves into one of particular interest as it is revealed how he became so jaded at his calling, and how the young boy’s faith brings a personal revival to the Pastor’s life and his congregation as a whole. This is a phenomenally complex, challenging, and thought-provoking film, powerfully presented with an expertly delicate hand.
